Who we are
JVEquity.co.uk is a trading name of Lenzie Consulting Ltd. We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.
What we collect
- Information you provide on enquiry forms: name, email, phone, and what you are looking to fund.
- Scheme details you share with the desk: appraisals, gross development value (GDV), land and build costs, planning status, funding already in place, and your development track record.
- Calculator inputs you choose to share with the desk.
- Information shared via the chat widget.
- Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and analytics.
What we do with it
- Contact you about your enquiry.
- Present your scheme to lenders and funding partners on our panel, with your consent.
- Meet our AML, fraud-prevention and record-keeping obligations.
- Improve the service, in aggregated form.
Your rights
You have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under UK GDPR. To exercise any of them, email enquiries@jvequity.co.uk.

We use first-party privacy-respecting analytics (Plausible) and the GoHighLevel chat widget. A cookie consent banner provides granular controls.
Regulatory status
Lenzie Consulting Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We act as an introducer and capital-stack arranger for property developers, not as a lender or investment promoter. We arrange non-regulated development finance, bridging and commercial facilities, and introduce developers to joint venture and equity funding partners. We do not promote investment opportunities to investors. Where any element of a transaction constitutes a regulated activity, including arranging deals in investments, it is carried out by, or referred to, an appropriately authorised firm.
